Bryant Holmes serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Veteran Solutions and holds executive authority for contract execution, compliance oversight, and organizational governance. He is the authorized signatory and primary point of contact for government agencies and prime contractor engagements.

Mr. Holmes is a U.S. Army Veteran with more than 20 years of combined experience in military operations, corrections, and federal contracting environments. His background includes oversight of security operations, inspections, corrective actions, and performance accountability in regulated settings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executive authority for contract performance and compliance
  • Oversight of operational execution and corrective actions
  • Risk management and documentation control
  • Primary liaison with government and prime contractors

The Director of Operations is responsible for day-to-day service execution across all contracts, ensuring personnel readiness, procedural compliance, and consistent delivery aligned with contract requirements.

Technical Services Oversight

Security, IT, and Vetting Functions

Technical oversight ensures service quality, documentation accuracy, and alignment with contract scope across Physical Security, Cyber & IT, and Background Checks & Vetting services.
